How do I change the site language?

To change the site language, click the English or Français link in the blue header.

Do I need to log in to place an order?

No. There is no login required to place an order.

How do I search for a product?

Click the magnifying glass icon to display the search box.

How do I browse the catalogue?

Click on the Catalogue menu to view the full list of products available.

How do I view more details about a product?

Clicking on the name of the product will display its details page.

How do I know what version of the product I’m ordering?

The version number is listed on the product details page, in the Additional Information section.

Can I download a PDF version of the product?

Yes, On the product details page you will find a Download PDF button.

How do I select the language of the product I want to order?

Select English or French from the Product Language dropdown.

How do I view what I have added to my cart?

Click on the Cart/Shopping Bag icon in the top right of the screen.

How do I remove a product from my cart?

Click the X beside the product you would like to remove from your cart. You can also change the quantity for products in the cart.

What if a product I ordered is out of stock?

We do our best to ensure we have stock available for every product. If we don’t have enough stock to fill your order, we will ship your product to you when it has been restocked.

If I add a product to my cart, will it be there later if I don’t check out?

No. You must complete the checkout process before leaving the site. Products left in your cart will not be reserved for you.

Where can I ask a question about an ivari express product or an order I placed?

Click on the Contact Us link at the top of the page. Use the Send us an email feature to send us your message by email. An ivari administrator will respond to your question.

Be sure to include your Order Number if your question relates to an order you have previously placed.

When will my order be shipped?

Processing times depend on if the products you have ordered are in stock and the time of day you place your order. We generally process orders within 2 business days. You will receive a tracking number from us when your order is shipped.

Depending on where you’re located, the time it will take to receive your order will vary. Orders are shipped from the Toronto area.
